Missing theme hook. #6

Module causes a warning message 'Theme hook "" not found.' First reported by @olafgrabienski .

This error seems to be preventing the node from saving on my installation -- just reloads a blank node creation form and then I see the warning above in the log.

EDIT: maybe I spoke too soon. I do see the warning but I don't think it's this module causing my issue.
