This fixes some omissions in the intial porting of this module, modifying the default config settings file and revising the code administering the settings.
It also provides for migration from the D7 version of this module.
Additionally, there is provision for update as far as possible of any existing Backdrop installations that have used the incomplete port released as 1.x-3.2.0.
