When configuring content types with the diff module enabled there are two vertical tabs that overlap in use, the default "Revisions" vertical tab and the new "Compare revisions" vertical tab. The items in "Compare revisions" would be better if they are relocated inside the "Revisions" tab.

This has been raised in #6103 https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop-issues/issues/6103

The diff menu option, "Enable Revisions on this content type" could (then) be removed since it doesn't actually enable revisions and respects the "Revision settings" which may be enabled or disabled depending on how they are configured.
