Google Search Console error: Missing field "item"

Following up on https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/easy_breadcrumb/issues/13

I'm now seeing errors for Missing field "item" -- which seems to be when there is not a link on certain crumbs, but there is placeholder text.

In this case, can/should we remove all of the crumb/schema meta content from the text-only crumb?
