The README.md file for this project is not quite properly formatted.

The only real problem is the first heading. If properly formatted, this heading (usually the project name) will be removed by backdropcms.org. Take a look at the modules page to see the problem: https://backdropcms.org/modules?keys=elements

Please refer to our contributor guidelines for an example README.md file that you can copy.

We should also add a section indicating that this module is now included in core 🎉
