Reformat comment lines

Comment lines should not exceed 80 characters, but they should be as close as possible to 80 characters when that is possible without splitting a word, a function name, a link given with @link/@endlink in two lines.

There are lines that are long 50/55 characters where a single sentence is written in two different lines.

Those lines need to be reformatted.
