Remove links that would take to coding standards pages that do not exists on docs.backdropcms.org #98

One of the placeholder links is http://DOCUMENTATION_PENDING/node/209715, which in the Drupal code would be https://www.drupal.org/node/209715. That page is part of the Drupal coding standards, which does not have an equivalent on docs.backdropcms.org.

That placeholder link (and other similar links, if they exist) needs to be removed.
