Initial work of Footnotes port

reorganizes directories, cf. #8
fixes to Footnotes base module
all submodules work with some caveats below:
- the Views submodule for now only provides a full view mode field
- the block (field) submodule has a required context of 'node'
- the WYSIWYG submodule can only insert Footnotes, not edit existing ones.

Thanks for this contribution, @docwilmot! I've had a look the branch on a custom testing site. The file / directory reorganization helps already very much, and a lot of other helpful work has been done, so with this branch we'll have a great starting point to tackle single issues.
