Version 1.2 of the open source version of the script is available (since November 2018).

The latest release (1.x-1.3.0) uses the currently available version of the library (most recent commits were on 12 June 2019). Added with PR https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/gdpr_cookies/pull/11.
