Module won't enable, Requires: geoPHP (>=1.7) #4

I'm unable to enable the GeoField module, as it states a requirement for version 1.7 of GeoPHP - but since there are no releases of the GeoPHP module this is impossible. I recommend we remove this requirement in GeoField since there will be no versions of GeoPHP for Backdrop that would cause this requirements problem.
