Adapt to admin bar changes in 1.28.0 #132

In a few weeks 1.28.0 will be released and the admin bar will change pretty dramatically with the new icon API integration. For now it probably makes sense to just hide the new SVGs that will be embedded in the admin bar.

A different solution may be appropriate for long term, but this should help in the short term.
