Create a sidekick module #53

This is a note (not for development in the theme itself) that it might be good to create a sidekick module to provide some options for bringing the Gin styling, etc. to the front end. In Drupal, the Gin Toolbar does this for that particular feature.

I was thinking of making it more generic, with checkboxes for the options that get added, e.g.:

Use Gin's styling on the front end for:

In fact this module might be a good use for the conceptual name tonic!
