Feeds should theme the "import" link as a local action #71

When there are more than one local action they are stacking right now, which doesn't look good:

This is something different than I first assumed. I'll have to dig deeper later -- for some reason this "Import" tab (from Feeds) is being appended to the local actions...

This seems to be a Feeds issue.
