Make the path search/google available again #2

At some point in the original D7 Google CSE module there was a dedicated path for a page that just contained a search box for a site, this is a feature that would be good to have again.

That path was for the integration to the Search module. You'd have to fix that integration to get that particular page back. I think most users of the module now just use the block https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/google_cse/blob/1.x-3.x/google_cse.module#L156 and stick that on a page.

IMHO, I wouldn't consider adding this back in if the block way of placing a search block still works.
