This issue will lead into https://github.com/backdrop-ops/contrib/issues/283 with some of the parts of the .travis.yml file abstracted to another repo.

The highlight.js library needs to be added in a separate step, so this module isn't a bad one to start out with to provide an example with external, non-bundled code.

looks like I have to fork this into my own account or ask for permission to org owners, but I don't know what I'm even asking permission about at this point so I will go with the fork option.
