Upgrade to Hybridauth 3.x?

I have no idea how much it would take to update to the 3.x branch, but that would be good to do long term. Anyone up for a challenge?

Using the patch submitted on the respective issue in the Drupal 7 queue (here) as a starting point, I've made some adjustments for the Backdrop version. Most notably:

• removed the composer pieces and included the library directly in "the Backdrop way" so that less technical users will be able to install the module/library directly through the website's UI in the project installer.
• have not included the Microsoft Graph plugin info (but am very open to including that in the future as a separate issue)

We don't have a formal release for Backdrop yet so I've tagged another alpha pre-release and hopefully can get some testing from others. I've tested the latest version with Google as a provider and successfully logged in. There may be bugs out there yet, of course -- if so please file an issue.
