Settings forms aren't saving #2

The configuration page can at least load at this point but some basic fixes are needed to save the configuration settings to CMI.

Also default JSON file should be updated as there is some strange data in some of the fields from the Coder Upgrade process (e.g. "dynamic value in file /hybridauth/hybridauth.module line 287").

Settings form should be saving now in the WIP commits, but the strange "dynamic value..." data may still need fixing.
