Configure your instagram account link is not working #1

On the config page there is a link to configure your instagram account, but it takes you to an error. It seems to be hard-coded to a specific user.

I'm trying to get an access token using instructions from Instagram developer page and running into the same problem. Maybe something is broken or has changed at Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/developer/authentication/
