Some Jitsi Meet API settings could be module-wide settings, saved to CMI:

• [x] domain – allow overriding default of meet.jit.si
• [ ] Hide info button (in case the point is to direct people to the page on your site that hosts the video rather than the stand-alone Jitsi page)
