Bing satellite and hybrid layer broken with https #46

This is old code in submodule leaflet_more_maps...

Seems like the old url pattern still works with http, but not with https... (unknown since when)

Hm... certificate error. Seems like ecn.t{s}.tiles.virtualearth.net (road map) still gets a proper cert, but ak.t{s}.tiles.virtualearth.net (hosted on akamai) not anymore.

Seems like Bing on the new https subdomains has dynamic label language, and they're easier to read. But as they differ, I have to switch all layers to the new subdomains, otherwise the labels of the road and hybrid layers are too different when switching.
