Mailchimp subscribe field #1

When attempting to configure a mailchimp subscription field in the user account I get this error

Cardinality on MailChimp lists fields must be set to one.

What is cardinality??

Give the latest GitHub repo a try and let me know if that fixed it. I'll push a release if its fixed.

Is there someone I am doing wrong?

I get this error when caring to update with mailchimp installed

Failed opening required '/home/parcelclub/public_html/modules/mailchimp/modules/mailchimp_signup/includes\mailchimp_signup.ui_controller.inc' (include_path='.:/opt/php56/lib/php')
