Contextual link to edit the mini layout #44

When a mini layout is added to a layout it appears as a block on the page.

Can the contextual menu for the mini layout block include an additional link for editing the mini layout directly?

@docwilmot How difficult would this be. I am currently using a Mini-Layout in the Digital Agency Recipe Package and am worried that it is too difficult to figure out how to configure the mini-layout, if you were not the person to build it.
