I've created a header mini layout with a number of blocks. When I disable one of the blocks in the mini layout, and save the block, the minilayout shows the block as disabled, but that block still appears in the minilayout.
Are disabled blocks supposed to be hidden from the minilayout display?
Steps to reproduce:
Create a mini layout with more than one block
Place the minilayout in a page layout
Disable on of the blocks in the minilayout and save
Refresh the page display - the block still appears in the layout
