D7 OG UI provides a Panels "content type" that shows a subscribe and unsubscribe link. This should be ported as a Block for Layouts in Backdrop.

PR #125. This component was actually not functional in D7. This PR adds a block that creates a "Subscribe" link to a group when a group is viewed.
