Organic Groups install works but does not appear complete because includes Entity Plus Internationalization

When installing the organic groups module it proceeds to the modules enable page. If the Organic groups example module is left unchecked and the other modules are checked to enable the message dependencies missing is seen and the installation does not complete to a final message that it is done, although the modules are installed as expected without the example module.

Can you paste an image or message you are getting? I'm not sure I understand what's happening.

I'm unable to reproduce. Installation and enabling work as expected (PHP 8.1). See below

(BTW be sure you have Entity Plus and Entity UI downloaded, and Entity reference enabled - typically those will download/enable automatically, but sometimes that doesn't happen for some reason)

I will have to repeat the process to show message. Yes, the process did include dependencies with Entity Plus and Entity UI and they were listed among the modules to enable. Also the Entity Plus Internationalization Integration (entity_plus_i18n) module was shown with I18n_string (missing) and no checkbox to enable that. Maybe that was the factor.

I have repeated the process and it seems that the install is trying to enable Entity Plus Internationalization Integration that is giving rise to the issue, not the exclusion of the Organic Groups example module.
