Request: Add Bandcamp #14

I built a simple site for a friend who is a singer-songwriter in his spare time and am passing on a request from him. He would love the services to include Bandcamp.

If we add this to the 2.x branch we won't need an image icon, we'll only need a font-awesome icon like http://fontawesome.io/icon/bandcamp. Adding milestone for 2.x.

Unfortunately, all our other icons are using the -square variant of the icons, and bandcamp doesn't have one yet. Let's hold off on this for a while. Anyone who needs bandcamp, for the time being, can add one in a custom module via hook_on_the_web_get_services_alter().
