Make use of the Utility CSS module to provide extra features #7

I'd love to experiment with how to use utility css provided by this module to give site builders additional opportunities to customize their theme through the UI.

This is nice module that let's us define some classes that can be easily access in the UI by site builders.

Leaving this ticket open a little longer to see if I want to add any more support for Utility CSS.
