Add modal edit option for backend #131

@quicksketch suggested it would be a nice improvement to provide "modal edit" as an option for back-end administrators as well, in addition to the current options. If that works nicely, that may make sense as a default for new installs, leaving existing sites as is.

Are the config options in the views display a current example of this in core?

@laryn - I spoke too soon. I had not tried the front end modal editing. WOW!!!!!

You are looking for the same option in the backend. Now, it's clear to me.

This is pretty amazing. Why didn't I know about this? (Maybe I did know about it and forgot, which is good, because I was able to get all excited again).

I will talk to my colleagues and see if this is something we can work on. But, I feel like it's much less urgent now that I see how to close paragraphs on the back-end and enable modal editing on the front end.
