Files uploaded in paragraph text areas are not marked permanent #14

I have a Paragraph bundle that includes a text area, and files that are uploaded via the WYSIWYG editor are not marked permanent. I believe I have a fix by blindly copying the solution to a similar issue in relation to comments.

Hmmm... this issue seems to be back. Could it relate to adding a dependency on Entity Plus somehow?

I think this may be a particular dev site of mine -- I just tried to reproduce on another site and don't see the issue.
