Merge in upstream changes #51

Changes from Drupal 7 should be merged in.

I'd love some folks that use Paragraphs to do some testing with this PR before I include it in a release if possible. I tried to merge in all the changes from Drupal 7 into the latest version, which has a dependency on Entity Plus.
