Fixes #46 Update paragraphs bundle to CMI #66

This updates paragraphs bundle to CMI

@robertgarrigos This is looking great! One thing that should be fixed -- I noticed that if I add fields to a Paragraph bundle, then delete the bundle, the field instances are left behind in the config folder. (This is different than what happens if a content type is deleted, for example, when all field instances related to the content type are also deleted.)
