Issue #5: Remove Drupal 6/7/8 cruft. #6

This removes a huge amount of Drupal-specific code, including the entire copy of Twig and YAML parsing libraries. It also removes most of the config-parsing code, and Drupal 5/6 legacy parsing. Tests have been updated to be passing. And now we're only dealing with Backdrop-specific code.
