Search API's config_info implementation doesn't actually return a value #54

Currently search_api.config.info() doesn't return any value, which makes the configurations not work as intended (exporting, importing and removing with uninstalling).

Also the label should not be "Module name settings"! Probably "Search API settings" ?

Looks like a Coder Upgrade issue of a certain era.
