Default views are not installing with the module:

collections_menu.view.inc
products.view.inc

I've run a basic upgrade from a Drupal 7 (where syncing wasn't working either, apparently), saved the Views into the database, and then upgraded it to Backdrop to pull the Views out in Backdrop form.
