9 years ago Yea, the current situation is not good now that I see so I will just make new releases with the project intro first and the TOC second after I finish preparing the themes for releases today. Thanks!

This is of course because the page extracts the first X number of characters in the README for the description.
Whats more, is when @quicksketch turns on Project browser server and the browser goes mainstream (or in core), this is the same "description" users will see when they are browsing.
