Block not showing up #3

I have the block added to all three of the layouts in use on our Backdrop site (Home page layout, Default template, and a custom layout for a specific page). All of data is filled in correctly in the block, and it is placed in the footer as the readme file instructs. However from the front end there is no evidence of the block anywhere - the script is not loading.

We are using Backdrop 1.15.0 and the only release available for this module.

But I'll test it. Is your site already online to test it there?
