Attached is the current appearance of Site help menu links added under More tasksThis page which may not be the best menu parent for it.
In fact, having the Site help item above Layout for This page is very distracting to users who may be accustomed to having Layout at the top. Maybe if Site help were lower, possibly alphabetically it would be better.
There is also a child menu item with the same name Site help that links to Backdrop.org docs and could be renamed as such to be more explicit.
I dont know if I agree its very distracting there. I feel help links are probably just as frequently or more likely to be frequently accessed than layout and theme links.

obviously is waiting and just goes to home url. It is probably waiting on issue https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/site_help/issues/2 where I may add some comments.
