I've started basic testing with this version of the bindings and preliminary results look okay.

Latest version is now https://github.com/stripe/stripe-php/releases/tag/v9.4.0, it would be nice to be fully up-to-date.

Agreed. I have no idea if/how many breaking changes there are in between...
