Allow selection of Include or Exclude for selectors #7

The module's configuration page on admin/config/user-interface/tabled allows to exclude tables, however there are too many tables on any Backdrop site and it's taking time and efforts to keep adding newer and newer table identifiers where we don't want tabled effect. It would be much better IMO to let users indicate identifiers of only those tables where they want tabled effect instead. We have just a few such tables on the website, whereas on tons of all other tables we don't want this module's effect.

@alanmels I think that's a valid request. Would you be interested in adding a radio set and surrounding functionality to allow the selection to be "include" or "exclude"? That might be maximally flexible for various use cases.
