Capitalize module name #3

The module name has a lower case m: https://www.drupal.org/project/taxonomy_menu

Yes, I know ...many people simply ignore coding standards 😞. I have been trying to fix things in the d.org queue for ages (I obviously have given up at some point), but there's hope with Backdrop and we can fix the wrongs 😄
