Remove the need for Libraries module. #2

Would it be possible to remove the dependency for the Libraries module which has been deprecated since 2019?

@albanycomputers Care to test the linked PR? If I'm right, @herbdool has already done the work of bundling the library and adapting things as needed, and we just need to remove the dependency line in the module's .info.
