Upgrade Views Bootstrap from 1.x-1.2.x to 1.x-3.5.0 #66

I'm suggesting it's about time to do a release of the 1.x-3.x branch as 1.x-3.5.0, and make that the default branch going forward.

Maybe also as some cleanup, delete all the other branches except 1.x-1.x from the repository; they appear to be cruft at this point.
