This PR converts all instances of "Wordpress" to "WordPress" in strings and comments.
I don't personally feel very strong about this issue, but I think it will generally speak to credibility with a WordPress user.
For some additional insight about how strongly some WP users (or creators) can feel about this issue, I refer to the fact that there is a filter in WP core that automatically converts all instances of "Wordpress" to "WordPress" - https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/capital_P_dangit
