License should be GPLv2, not v3 #1

Hi @biolithic! Thanks for this new module. In the README.md I noticed that it said this project was GPLv3, but the LICENSE.txt file itself is GPLv2: https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/wow_js_such_impress/blob/master/LICENSE.txt

Backdrop is GPLv2, and all sub-projects should match it. While GPLv2 can be "upgraded" to v3 at any time, it's not possible to go backwards, so we stick to v2 to allow for more flexibility.
