Block Label in Footer - Change from Default to None #22

I can't quite figure out how to get this block into the footer while hiding the block title.

I'm currently using a Mini-Layout for the footer, because it's easier to get the right layout without depending upon CSS.

I might try removing the mini-layout, putting three blocks in the footer and then arranging them with some CSS in the Digital Agency Recipe Package.

I think that this described the problem. Looking for an answer in the forum that I can use here: https://forum.backdropcms.org/forum/how-programmatically-change-block-config-layoutjson-file

I got some useful feedback in the forum and was able to fix this.

For now, still using the Mini-Layouts module.
