Add "Services" block to front page #8

I've created a Services recipe that does most of what it needs to for this project. However, it does not add the services block to the front page. https://github.com/stpaultim/services_recipe

I can either do that as part of the recipe OR in the Zeever Config module (not yet started). https://github.com/stpaultim/zeever_config

I've changed the name of the config package from "Zeever Config" to "Digital Agency".

It seems that different themes might all support a specific package of configuration and content and that the name of the package should reflect the functionality more than the theme. https://github.com/stpaultim/digital_agency

Services have been added to that package.

This should be sufficient to close this issue.
