This came up as I was seeing if Bee (https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/bee) could be added to shared hosting (it could to mine). I then thought it would be useful to list any hosts that it had been tested on. I wondered whether the link should be a plain link or an affiliate link (I was originally thinking my affiliate link, but @BWPanda gave me the idea of it being backdrop's affiliate link).
Should Backdrop get affiliate accounts so where hosts are mentioned, and people sign up from those links, Backdrop can get funding?
Something that would have to be considered is Backdrop's association with the Software Freedom Conservancy. It's possible it would have to go through them.
