Well, I think this may be the end of my usefulness. I have no idea why these tests are failing.

@jenlampton they (php docker image) changed an upstream dependency on us 🛩 ; https://github.com/docker-library/php/issues/485

I've filed a new PR: https://github.com/backdrop-ops/backdrop-docker/pull/26

that should address the new dependency.

closing this in favour of the new one at #26
