Provide iCal information about events on backdropcms.org #190

People may want to add one of these events to their own personal calendars. As recommended by @Gormartsen in https://github.com/backdrop-ops/backdropcms.org/issues/188#issuecomment-192057380 it would be handy if each event had it's own iCal link!

(We are planning on adding an iCal link for all events, but individual ones might be more useful to our users, as it's not very likely that people will want to attend all events.)

:+1: emails sent out should have one-click add event links too.
