Change favicon to be different from Seven and Basis #777

Can you guess which tabs are backdropcms.org and which ones are Backdrop installed sites?

It would be nice to have a favicon that is unique to backdropcms.org that is different from an installed site. I obviously use a lot of tabs and can't see the text to be able to tell the difference.

I don't know if the basis and seven theme favicon should be changed or backdropcms.org should be changed. I feel like it would be easiest if the backdropcms.org favicon was changed which is why I suggested it in this repo.

It might be as simple as inverting the colors:

I feel like b.org needs to use the official logo as its favicon, so the others should change. Also, if you build your own site, you likely don't want the Backdrop logo as the favicon anyway. So maybe we should change/remove the favicon from Backdrop installs...

@BWPanda wait, you talking about the dragon logo or the geometric square thingy?

It should be the dragon head! 😉

Honestly, don't care what it is as long as it can be distinguished between .org and fresh installed site.
